About Veatch

My real estate journey began in 2002 when I purchased my first three-unit apartment building, having little knowledge, and no background in real estate, I found a passion for finding opportunity and creating value. After completing several successful projects in Boston, I moved to Newton, MA, where I began purchasing single-family homes and developing thoughtfully designed new construction. As both an investor and project manager, I bring a practical, hands-on perspective and a strong appreciation for quality, design, and livability. Each home is built with care, thoughtful layouts, and attention to detail.

I am both a licensed real estate broker (license# 9529339) and unrestricted construction supervisor (license#113646).
